Mission Statement

The attainment of superior investment returns to the shareholders of ADI, principally through achievement of medium to long term capital appreciation through investment principally in a diversified portfolio of equity and equity - related securities of companies traded on the global, regional, and Egyptian Stock Exchange which meets its investment criteria.

It identifies strategic partners and underwrite control positions in under-performing private or public sector enterprises offered for privatization, with the view of implementing restructuring plans to turn around the said enterprises, and realize substantial capital gains. It also takes minority positions in listed or unlisted private sector enterprises with the view of the provision technical, managerial and financial engineering required to augment profitability and growth of such enterprises.

Clear exit strategies - through the stock exchange and/or private placement are defined on a case by case basis. In the short term, it manages portfolios of traded equity securities on the Egyptian Stock Exchange for clients, companies, and institutions.
